About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Planner to join our Energy Transition team at Ramboll Group. As a key member of our Project Control Department, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality project management support to our global projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as Senior Project Planner on medium to large projects, ensuring timely and effective project delivery.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, progress measurement, and change management.
  • Develop and implement project reporting for both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Support Project Management with project status tracking and reporting.
  • Review project changes to evaluate schedule impact and incorporate approved changes into the overall schedule.
  • Provide guidance on corrective action and measures to mitigate adverse trends.
  • Review and verify sub-contractor progress reports for accuracy.
  • Analyze schedule and progress trends to inform project decisions.
  • Develop and implement processes to increase efficiency and quality in project control.
Requirements
  • Technical degree or bachelor/master's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in the Energy industry, including senior project planning experience.
  • Strong understanding of project schedules, cost management, and risk analysis.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
