In this newly established role as a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will join the Business Finance team at Universal Robots, responsible for delivering financial and business analytics throughout the organization. Our primary objective is to generate relevant, data-driven, and transparent analytics that inform business decisions.
Your main responsibility will be to assist top management in obtaining analytical insights regarding Universal Robots' corporate and commercial strategies. You will serve as a trusted financial partner to our expanding Service organization and Commercial teams globally. By leveraging strong communication skills and an analytical mindset, you will build trust and ensure that critical insights are presented at the appropriate time. Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a reliable business partner to our Commercial and Service organizations, providing financial and business analytical insights.
- Collaborating with our strategy team to enhance our data-driven corporate and commercial strategies by developing, monitoring, and analyzing key performance metrics.
- Supporting our mid-term financial forecasting processes, including financial modeling.
- Playing a vital role in our forecasting initiatives.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will be part of a dedicated finance team located in our new headquarters, where commitment, meticulousness, and integrity are paramount. As a candidate for this role, you should be passionate about delivering high-quality, business-relevant analytics. You enjoy solving cross-organizational challenges and excel at presenting your findings in a clear and structured manner. Ideally, you possess over five years of relevant experience as a Finance Business Partner or in FP&A, business analytics, data science, performance management, commercial excellence, or a related field.
You thrive in a dynamic environment, understand the importance of deadlines, and prioritize quality in every aspect of your work. With an outgoing and service-oriented personality, you enjoy collaborating in a fast-paced, international setting. Key attributes for success in this role include independence, accountability, and a results-driven mindset.
Other Professional Competencies:
- Relevant educational background, such as Cand.Merc., Cand.Polit, or similar.
- Proficient in Excel and knowledgeable about BI systems (experience with PowerBI is a plus).
- Skilled in data management and data modeling.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building a robust network and engaging with stakeholders across the organization.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
