Sales and Marketing Leader for International Expansion

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Sales Manager to join our global sales team in Copenhagen.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding markets, and contributing to the company's mission to create a healthier and safer world.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and increase volume and gross margin in assigned markets.
- Evaluate and select suitable distributors for each market, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with local distributors to develop sales strategies, monitor product sales, and optimize pricing and profitability.
- Align distributor forecasts with production planning for maximum efficiency and translate forecasts into actionable orders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in international sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life science industry.
- Ability to set and reach ambitious targets, working autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in economics, marketing, pharma/medicine, business administration, or related field, combined with relevant experience.
