About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager with a strong background in the travel industry to own the client lifecycle from onboarding and implementation to driving adoption and program success. This role is pivotal in helping our clients achieve their travel goals while adapting to an ever-evolving industry landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full process of client onboarding, implementation, adoption, and retention of client accounts.
  • Drive adoption and behavior change by educating clients on optimizing their travel programs.
  • Oversee end-to-end travel programs, including preferred supplier agreements, policy management, expense processes, and travel-related escalations.
  • Negotiate supplier agreements to secure competitive rates for clients.
  • Analyze and act on travel data to provide insights to clients and help them optimize their travel habits and achieve cost savings.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through regular engagement and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Navigate changing client needs and industry dynamics with a flexible, solutions-oriented approach.

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in the travel industry with a deep understanding of business travel systems, supplier relationships, and program management.
  • Proven experience handling onboarding, implementation, and ongoing adoption strategies.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex travel concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.
  • Independent and proactive mindset to work autonomously and take ownership of client success.
  • Fluent in Danish and English.
  • Able to work from our Copenhagen office.
