About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Technical Operations to lead our Technology Center in Denmark. The successful candidate will oversee a team of highly skilled specialists and be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with key stakeholders, including internal functions and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in people management, preferably in a technical role. They will bring knowledge and expertise in developing and building production equipment and machinery, as well as automation and production technologies.
Requirements:
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong technical background in production equipment and machinery
- Proficiency in English and Danish (spoken and written)
- Able to work effectively in a collaborative environment
What We Offer:
