Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager with 10+ years of experience, preferably within high-end single family residential projects, to join our studio in Santa Monica. As a Project Manager at BIG, you will oversee a project's health and progress, coordinate consultants, clients, and internal architectural teams.
Your responsibilities will include leading the project team, maintaining primary communication with the client, coordinating architectural design and building systems with engineering consultants, and producing and developing technical drawings and details.
You will also organize drawing sets and oversee the team in completing all submissions, perform filing, code, and zoning analyses for multiple municipalities, and survey and document existing conditions in the field.
Apart from these core responsibilities, you will communicate and coordinate with external and internal team members, research construction materials and systems, and have responsibility over project budget, staffing, and scheduling.
