About the Role

Centrica plc is seeking a highly skilled Structured Gas Originator to join our team in Centrica Energy. As a key member of our gas trading team, you will play a vital role in exploring new areas of business and negotiating deals for our asset portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate and develop new leads to expand our physical gas portfolio
  2. Negotiate and execute new deals to maximize value
  3. Support the development and growth of our existing portfolio by identifying new products and opportunities
  4. Develop and structure new products to enhance the value of our existing portfolio
  5. Monitor market and regulatory development to analyze their impact on our portfolio and identify origination opportunities

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with a strong eye for detail, a commercial mindset, and excellent communication skills. You will have at least a few years of experience in a similar role within an energy trading company and a thorough understanding of the European Gas Markets.
