About the Role

K2 Management A/S is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Due Diligence Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our due diligence team, you will be responsible for providing technical due diligence services to our clients, primarily in EMEA, US, and Asia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical due diligence teams and provide expert advice to clients on wind and solar projects.
  • Analyze and review renewable energy projects, including technical reviews, key project agreements, and financial model assumptions.
  • Collaborate with team members and technical experts globally to provide optimal solutions to clients.
  • Participate in conference calls with clients, financial, and legal advisors.
  • Travel for site visits and client meetings, primarily in Europe, with potential for worldwide assignments.
  • Support business development and sales activities as required.
About You
  • Personable and a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Technically rigorous and detail-focused with a commercial understanding of wind energy developments.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously in a remote team environment.
  • Capable of managing clients and assignments with minimal supervision.
  • 5-10 years of experience in the renewable industry, preferably in onshore and/or offshore wind, with familiarity with due diligence and LTA assignments.
  • Ability to project manage assignments under tight time and budget constraints.
  • Experience working in a multi-disciplinary engineering environment.
  • Excellent written English with the ability to communicate complex technical issues to a non-technical audience.
  • Cooperation and flexibility with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience in consultancy and project management.
  • Degree educated in a relevant technical subject.
  • Experience in non-European projects, particularly in developing offshore wind markets.
  • Knowledge of financial modeling and multi-lingual capability.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK, Germany, Thailand, or Taiwan.
