We've grown 16% average month over month for the last half year and are looking to accelerate further. We already work with some of the most exciting brands in the Nordics and are expanding into the United Kingdom with two live cases.

The Role: Go-To-Market Analyst

We are seeking a Go-To-Market Analyst for our Norwegian market, part-time. This is a unique opportunity where you'll be responsible for driving business development and growth in Norway.

You'll be tasked with generating qualified meetings for the commercial team through outbound emailing and creating partnerships to drive opportunities. You will also be required to attend meetings booked with the AE for a steep learning curve.

This role requires you to roll up your sleeves, work hard, and take responsibility for part of a country launch – with great support from Operations and Commercial.

Responsibilities
  • Pipeline Generation: Sourcing leads, researching new prospects to target, reaching out to these leads with a multi-channel approach, generating qualified meetings for the commercial team, ensuring a smooth handover process from you to AE, and using best-in-class tools for creative prospecting.
  • Attending meetings booked together with the AE for a steep learning curve.

All Gravy is undergoing high growth; hence the job and responsibilities will develop over time, and there will be plenty of opportunities for you to learn and grow.

Your Skills and Qualifications

We look for employees who like being part of a team, are real team players, and have a mindset of learning & growing. We expect you to:

  • Speak and write Norwegian & English fluently.
  • Have some sales experience or the willingness to get into an outbound sales environment (and be able to communicate why).
  • Nice to have: B2B sales experience within SAAS / software sales.
  • Be ambitious - you love hitting targets and are able to self-motivate.
  • Be bold - you're not afraid to pick up the phone to get to tell people about All Gravy.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Have a good sense of humour - be willing to contribute to this being a fun place to work.
  • Be excited about building a big company from a small starting point, and want to grow personally on the way there.
  • Be able to work at our office in Central Copenhagen (though we operate with a hybrid model, so you are free to choose to work remotely some days as well).
