Technical Business Development Manager

Databricks is seeking a skilled Named Enterprise Account Executive to join our Enterprise Sales Team in the Nordics. This role offers a unique opportunity to maximize market potential and drive business growth.
About the Role
We are looking for a creative, delivery-oriented professional to co-develop a business plan that accelerates existing customer success, identifies new customers, and exceeds quarterly/annual usage and booking goals. You will motivate and mentor a diverse team of big data and AI professionals to implement your business plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
- Motivate and mentor a team of big data and AI professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Lead customers and partners to identify impactful big data and AI use cases and prove their value on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
- Support customers' broader big data and AI transformation goals through strategic partnerships, professional services, training, and executive engagement.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience in technical or software direct sales, or Databricks knowledge.
- Longevity with previous employers.
- Quota over-achievement when selling complex software and services to Enterprise accounts.
- Experience driving successful adoption of usage-based subscription services (SaaS) and co-selling with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud teams.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and process.
- Experience developing partnerships with 'champions' and client teams to support execution of your territory plan.
- Fluency in English is required, fluency in Swedish or Danish is desired.
