We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Team Lead to oversee the design of low voltage systems, ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest level of quality. As a key member of our electrical module, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

• Leverage your technical expertise to drive innovation in low voltage system design, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing creative solutions.

• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and other team members, to ensure seamless communication and execution.

Your Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will have a degree in electrical engineering or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience managing technical teams. You will also possess excellent analytical skills, a solid understanding of low voltage systems, and the ability to motivate and guide your team to achieve outstanding results.
