About the Role

We are looking for a technically skilled candidate with excellent interpersonal skills to join our team and play a key role in providing support for internal operations. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing timely feedback, and supporting the roll-out of new applications. You will perform both technical and administrative tasks to ensure functionality and efficiency and ensure our internal IT is running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Support with our Helpdesk ticketing operations
• Manage incidents and service requests
• Update technical FAQ, guidelines and policies
• Troubleshoot our devices, offer support for our SaaS systems and help enrolling our SSO system
• Ensure that our employees are provided with hardware equipment and software tools across our global offices
• Maintain control over all assets across our global offices
• Document IT processes through SOP's and help communicate them across the company
• Be involved in IT related on- and off-boarding of employees

Requirements

• Superb customer service skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues
• Knowledge of IT systems and applications
• Experience in network management and help desk support is a plus
• Comfort in communicating with internal as well as external stakeholders
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn
• Fluent English language skills English (written and spoken), Danish will be a plus
