About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our Client Service team in Copenhagen. As an Account Manager at DEPT, you will work closely with our team of strategists, project managers, and specialists to define the work scope, support in building project plans, and come up with innovative suggestions that can help our clients maximize their potential within digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue for our clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and meet client expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Work closely with our data and analytics team to interpret data and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses, including their goals, challenges, and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion with existing clients, developing and executing plans to achieve these goals.
  • Collaborate with our creative and technical teams to develop and implement innovative marketing solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or in-house role.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken Danish and English.
