The Team

The Digital Marketing Excellence and Analytics team is part of our Global Marketing department and plays a key role in guiding and driving a Digital Marketing agenda in WSAudiology. We work closely with Brands, regions, and countries to take our digital activities to the next level.

The Role

As our new Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead our ongoing campaign efforts towards both customers and consumers across brands and business areas. You will drive a digital-first mindset and help to continuously drive effective outcomes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Secure a strong position of our brands in a Digital environment through ongoing campaign efforts
  • Create ongoing engagement programs for our E-commerce business
  • Lead a yearly content and campaign cycle
  • Develop and execute media plans for our products across various digital channels
  • Measure the effectiveness and performance of campaigns in accordance with KPI frameworks
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling digital assets, content, and messaging that resonates with our target audience
  • Manage timelines and budgets for ongoing campaigns
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, to ensure a seamless campaign process

About You

To be successful in the role as our new Digital Marketing Manager, you need to possess an excellent digital understanding across channels and platforms, and your digital toolbox is solid and documented. You have essential project management skills and experience leading big teams to success in a digital context. You are a digital change agent with a can-do attitude who drives your projects independently and with great authority. Stakeholders look to you for advice and guidance on how to achieve their objectives in the short and long term.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree within marketing, communications, or related
  • +7 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably from leading project management roles
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing teams or cross-functional projects are valuable
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, provide guidance, and motivate team members is crucial for success in this role
  • Great analytical abilities are essential for evaluating data, measuring campaign performance, and making data-driven decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary for effectively conveying digital strategies, collaborating with team members, and presenting campaign results to stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Med Tech or Healthcare is a plus
