Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at ITW Construction Products UK/Nordics. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to meet customer demands and optimize inventory levels.
  • Manage high-volume fastener procurement from strategic suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and competitive pricing.
  • Drive Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process for the Wood Screws Business Unit, aligning sales forecasts with production capacity.
  • Coordinate campaign execution between sales, product management, suppliers, and warehouse teams to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Communicate delivery plans and supply issues to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Implement optimization projects to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Consolidate and forecast sea freight, coordinating with freight agents and corporate teams.
  • Take on project management roles in outsourcing and insourcing projects, driving value creation through process improvements.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., logistics, supply chain management, business administration).
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Proven track record of analyzing complex data sets and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent Excel skills, with experience using Power BI for data visualization.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and ability to integrate them with other business tools.
  • Strong Danish and English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated passion for developing expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, and supply chain optimization.
