Head of Contracting & Supply Chain

Multi-contracting, projektstyring og udvikling af supply chain

  • Strategisk udvikling og hands-on ledelse af både kontrahering og sourcing.
  • Strukturering, ledelse og udvikling af konsortiets tværgående supply chain-organisation.
  • Styring af udbudsprocesser samt varetagelse af chefforhandlerrollen ved kontraktindgåelser.
  • Styring af leverancer, herunder større underentreprisekontrakter og systemleverancer.
  • At styrke leverandørkæden ved at bidrage som "arkitekt" til udvikling af en dansk maritim supply chain.
  • At skabe overblik over omkostninger samt udarbejde tidsplaner og risikostyringsplaner for projektet.
  • At identificere kritiske succesfaktorer og rapportere til konsortiets ledelse.

Stærk erfaring i komplekse kontrakter og sourcing:

Vi søger en kandidat med tung erfaring inden for projektindkøb og kontraktstyring fra en kompleks industri, f.eks. energi & infrastruktur, pharma-byggerier eller maritime projekter. Du har erfaring med forhandling og styring af store EPC-/turnkey-/totalentreprisekontrakter. Du har erfaring med projektledelse og stakeholder management i et matrix setup. Du har kendskab til juridiske rammer som FIDIC eller lignende. Endelig har du en stærk økonomiforståelse og kommunikerer godt på dansk og engelsk.

Som person vil du trives i et komplekst og entreprenant miljø, hvor du kan tage det lange træk med at bygge op og skabe struktur. Du er god til at skabe tillid og relationer i en positiv ånd, og du har samtidig en modenhed og robusthed, som giver dig en konstruktiv gennemslagskraft. Endelig har du begge ben på jorden, kan lide at være hands-on, og du er drevet mere af opgaven end dit ego.
