We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic postdoctoral researcher to join our team at the Leo Foundation Skin Immunology Research Centre. The successful candidate will be part of a vibrant and multidisciplinary research environment, working closely with our team to advance our understanding of allergic immunity.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct cutting-edge research in computational biology, focusing on single-cell omics data analysis and machine learning techniques.
- Collaborate with our team to design and execute experiments, and analyze data to gain insights into the mechanisms of allergic inflammation.
- Develop and maintain computational tools and pipelines for data analysis and visualization.
- Present research findings at international conferences and publish papers in top-tier journals.
- PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
- Strong background in single-cell omics data analysis, machine learning, and programming languages such as R and Python.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with high-performance computing and cloud-based infrastructure is a plus.
