About the RoleIn this role, you will play a key role in enhancing our performance management frameworks, analyzing and optimizing financial performance and pricing strategies for personal customers across Denmark, Finland, and Sweden. You will be instrumental in contributing to performance monitoring, engaging in strategic dialogues with business units, and providing insights to top management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain coherent reporting as the foundation for our monthly performance follow-up, embedding a clear link to customer profitability, rolling forecast models, and financial target setting.
- Conduct in-depth performance analyses on performance-related topics independently and in collaboration with colleagues across the Nordics and other departments.
- Adopt an external perspective on Personal Customers and the performance relative to peers, with the purpose of driving financial performance.
- Facilitate effective dialogue and collaboration across the business unit and with key stakeholders, enhancing decision-making processes focused on value creation.
- Present analytical findings to senior and top management, directly influencing strategic decisions and operational excellence.
You enjoy having a steep learning curve while developing a sound understanding of the business drivers in the financial sector. You are a structured, motivated, and proactive person with the ability to work in a time-sensitive setting. Additionally, you have a master's degree in finance, economics, or a similar field. Industry knowledge is beneficial but not a requirement.
