Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to coordinate and support our Carlsberg Excellence program throughout the supply chain. As a Senior Excellence Manager, you will ensure operational standards are maintained, support personnel development, and guarantee that strategic priorities are met sustainably. This role involves implementing best practices within Carlsberg and local operations to achieve set goals.
The CarlEx Program:
Grounded in TPM and LEAN methodologies, our CarlEx program is designed for global implementation across Carlsberg. As a member of the Supply Chain Denmark Management Team, you will report directly to the Vice President of Supply Chain Denmark.
Your Responsibilities:
- Roll out the Program across all Supply Chain functions and support the development of implementation methodologies.
- Train, coach, and evaluate the implementation of the CarlEx Foundations and advanced processes and standards.
- Actively support priority deployment across all functions and levels of production and supply chain operations.
- Support the implementation of standards, continuous internal and external benchmarking, and the sharing of best practices.
- Review the successes and opportunities of the program to continuously improve safety, quality, service, and cost efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
As a successful candidate, you will possess a deep understanding of the CarlEx-core principles, including Zone Management, Performance Management, and Organizational Management. Your commitment to guiding transformative initiatives is evident through your history of achieving goals. You should have at least five years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a minimum of three years in a management position. Fluency in both written and spoken Danish and English is required.
