About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with leading public sector organizations, driving adoption and use of AWS services that meet their unique needs. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies to help our customers achieve their business objectives, leveraging your technical acumen and customer-facing skills to represent AWS within their environments.
Key Responsibilities- Crafting and executing strategies to drive adoption and use of AWS services among public sector customers.
- Representing AWS within customer environments, driving discussions with senior leadership on incidents, trade-offs, support, and risk management.
- Providing advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using best practices.
- Proactively keeping customer AWS environments operationally healthy, understanding their business/operational needs and technical challenges.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in Informational Technology operations, fluency in English and Finnish, and a strong understanding of operational parameters and troubleshooting in a distributed systems environment. Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings is a plus.
