Responsibilities
  • General maintenance activities, including building and grounds upkeep.
  • Independently perform minor repairs and painting work in park outlets and staff apartments.
  • Regularly inspect and perform minor maintenance on building technology.
  • Act as the primary contact for external maintenance companies.
Requirements
  • Ideal completion of vocational training in a trade or relevant professional experience (career starters welcome).
  • Technical and general manual skills.
  • Proficiency in Danish, German, and/or English (a plus).
  • Flexibility with time and willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
