The successful candidate will have a strong background in designing and managing incentive programs, with a focus on gamification and creator engagement. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end management of incentive programs, aligning them with business goals and creator needs.
You will also be responsible for designing and implementing challenges, missions, and reward programs to drive creator engagement. Additionally, you will collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to promote and implement initiatives.

- Lead the end-to-end management of incentive programs, aligning them with business goals and creator needs.
- Define success metrics, analyze program outcomes, and optimize for greater impact.

Requirements and Qualifications
