Role Overview

Wolt is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its Global Trust and Safety team, responsible for mitigating trust and safety risks on the platform. As the Head of Global Trust and Safety, you will develop and execute comprehensive strategies to enhance safety and trust across the entire ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build a high-performing Global Trust and Safety Team to drive trust and safety initiatives
  • Develop and launch Wolt policies that guide customer, courier partner, and merchant behavior
  • Establish new global processes to ensure policy adoption and incident escalation
  • Collaborate with analytics, legal, and other functions to build a data architecture for trust and safety incident analysis
  • Identify and execute incident reduction and prevention strategies to ensure platform safety
  • Drive proactive actions to improve the experience of customers, courier partners, and merchants

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of expertise in safety, compliance, legal, or operations management, including 3+ years of people management experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data and turn it into insights and strategies
  • Experience in building and scaling new business processes, teams, and functions
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to motivate and communicate with various stakeholders
  • Willingness to work from a global hub (Helsinki, Berlin, or Copenhagen) and travel as needed
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively in English
