About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at GN Group. In this role, you will provide operational HR support to senior leaders and management teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Possible Areas of Responsibility:
  • Managing people-related tasks, such as organizational changes, change management, organizational design, exit interviews, and data processing in HRM system Workday.
  • Partnering with leaders on employee performance cases (PIP), disciplinary cases, and providing support for ad-hoc operational HR tasks.
  • Leveraging the People & Culture function and specialists to deliver value-added services to management and employees.
  • Closely collaborating with Executive Leadership Team (ELT) P&C Business Partners, CoE, Associate P&C Process BP, and local P&C teams to drive global processes, implement the HR agenda, and ensure data quality in Workday.
  • Conducting people analytics and preparing people data for ELT P&C BP and/or business leaders as needed.
Requirements:
  • Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related area.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar international environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leaders, guide stakeholders, and navigate different cultures.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, data analysis, and Excel is required.

About the Opportunity

This fixed-term contract offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience working on key HR initiatives and projects. You'll have the opportunity to expand your professional network within the industry and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Estimated Salary: €50,000 - €65,000 per annum based on location and experience. The final salary will be determined based on individual qualifications and negotiation.
