We are seeking a skilled Manager for our Enterprise Solutions chapter within our Nordic offices.
Position Overview
At BCG Platinion, we specialize in providing expert guidance on a variety of IT challenges. One of the key areas we focus on is the transition to the SAP S/4HANA solution, which poses unique challenges for our clients. Our clients often inquire about the justification and business advantages of migrating to SAP S/4HANA, as well as the development of optimized roadmaps that consider the overall architecture and alternative solutions.
To enhance our service delivery, we aim to expand our Enterprise Solutions team. You will collaborate with colleagues from both Platinion and the Boston Consulting Group on local and international client projects. Together with our clients, you will actively create superior, value-driven ERP and application architecture strategies, concepts, and roadmaps, leveraging your solid technical and process-oriented expertise. Your enthusiasm for your work and embodiment of the "BCG Platinion Spirit" will be essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational management of large-scale ERP/CRM/SCM projects, leading the BCG Platinion team.
- Engage with the client's leadership team alongside the BCG Platinion leadership.
- Develop implementation and rollout strategies for ERP/CRM/SCM in complex application environments.
- Prepare and present proposals for significant Enterprise Solutions projects.
- Take on internal responsibilities within the Nordic BCG Platinion Enterprise Solutions leadership, such as mentoring colleagues and driving content initiatives.
- Participate in leadership and practice group meetings of BCG Platinion in the Nordics.
Qualifications
- A degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in strategic ERP/CRM/SCM projects.
- A strong methodological foundation and knowledge of relevant procedures for ERP/CRM/SCM implementation.
- Familiarity with supporting procedures and tools, including business case and benefit management.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft D365, Salesforce, or other relevant solutions for large transformation projects.
- Understanding of modern, data-driven architectures, particularly the integration of various modules into end-to-end processes.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual abilities.
- Fluency in one Nordic language and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong client focus and results orientation.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to align individuals and organizations towards common objectives.
