Business Development Manager

We're looking for a Business Development Manager - Europe to join our team at Frankly Copenhagen. As a key member of our commercial team, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue expansion and client satisfaction.
About the RoleYour primary responsibility will be to develop and execute business development strategies that drive revenue growth and align with client objectives and company goals. You'll work closely with our commercial team to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the European market, including industry trends and competitor activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
- Develop and implement comprehensive account plans that drive revenue growth and align with client objectives and company goals.
Requirements:
- Business development – demonstrable experience of developing and executing business development strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Sector understanding – experience in how large multi-nationals operate is particularly valuable, ideally, but not exclusively across B2B sectors.
- A strong and eloquent communicator, fluent English is essential both written and spoken.
- Demonstrate commercial acumen – understand the dynamics of commercial negotiations, be financially literate and have a natural interest in the wider business ecosystem.
- Tenacious, with a fair degree of hustle.
