Sales Development Representative

About the role
As Sales Development Representative, your daily mission is to identify and contact potential customers, create interest in Conference Manager and book meetings for our Sales Manager in Denmark. Reporting to and working closely with the Sales Manager, this is your chance to gain valuable experience in complex SaaS sales, work with a proven product and established ICPs and develop into a Sales Specialist role after 6 months as a successful Sales Development Representative.
In other words, you will:
- Contact and engage with prospects via cold calls, emails and social outreach.
- Navigate gatekeepers and identify decision makers.
- Schedule and book high-quality meetings for the Sales Manager in Denmark.
- Work in close collaboration with the Sales Manager to position Conference Manager for success.
The ideal candidate:
Our next candidate is passionate about becoming part of a scale-up company on a growth journey. In addition, we imagine that you have:
- 1-2 years SDR experience or similar.
- Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English, written as well as spoken.
- A natural relationship building personality.
- A self-starter personality with strong resilience and motivation to turn a "no" into a "yes".
- The ability to learn fast and a huge interest in growing in the sales field.
- A can-do attitude and thrive in a fast-paced and results-driven scale-up environment.
- A team player mentality and a genuine wish to take part in a fun and dynamic environment with several social events throughout the year.
