The role of Technical Documentation Manager requires a collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving documentation processes. As a key member of our Fleet Management & Technology team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to drive results and achieve excellence.

About the Role:

  • Responsibility for managing vessel technical documentation, including receipt, review, and cataloging.
  • Collaboration with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure effective documentation and data management.
  • Application of archiving and records management best practices to maintain accurate and accessible records.
  • Analysis of documentation needs and identification of areas for process improvement.
  • Communication with diverse teams, including engineers, vessel crews, and project managers.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in data management, information management, engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in documentation management, data management, or a related field.
  • Experience working in the maritime or engineering sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in data management and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
