Menswear Design Team Leader:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our menswear design team and driving the creative direction of our brand's menswear range.

You will work closely with our product development, merchandising, sales, retail, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive brand message.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the entire design process from initial concept to final product.

This includes sketching, fabric selection, and fitting sessions.

Create setups in PLM and present design concepts to senior management and stakeholders.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Measure success by analyzing key metrics such as sales growth, customer satisfaction, and brand recognition.

Trend Analysis:

Conduct market research and trend analysis to stay ahead of the competition and ensure our designs are relevant and competitive.

Team Management:

Lead a team of experienced designers and work closely with them to achieve the brand's goals.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role in the fashion industry.
  • A strong understanding of design direction and product development.
  • A strong awareness and knowledge of current and future trends.
  • A proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.
  • A creative and innovative mindset, while also being able to work with clear guidelines.
  • A responsible, structured, and detail-oriented way of working.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to build relationships and guide stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent skills within applications such as Adobe Illustrator, PLM (Kubix), and 3D (Clo).
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
