In this exciting role as a Financial Crime Prevention Specialist, you will be part of a newly established team focused on preventing financial crime. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure compliance with regulations and laws related to anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC).

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing guidelines for financial crime prevention, ensuring alignment between our company's rules and global regulations. You will also provide recommendations and support to other teams on guidance in regulations and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Responsibilities
  1. Create and implement clear guidelines for financial crime prevention across the organisation
  2. Evaluate and ensure alignment between our company's rules and global AML regulations
  3. Provide recommendations and support to other teams on guidance in regulations
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry partners
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, law, or economics
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial crime prevention or a related field
  • Proven knowledge of AML and KYC regulations and laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
