About the Role
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Financial Crime Prevention team at Saxo Bank A/S. As a senior manager, you will be responsible for leading the AML requirements team and contributing to the development of our financial crime prevention strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement guidelines to optimize AML processes across the organization.
- Ensure alignment between Saxo Group's rules and global regulations.
- Recommend changes to policies and instructions to maintain compliance.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and address gaps in AML controls.
- Review and refine Saxo's risk appetite to ensure effective risk mitigation.
- Build relationships between Financial Crime Prevention, Risk, and Compliance.
- Provide strategic advice to senior management on AML initiatives and regulatory oversight.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving project progress.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with attention to detail.
- Experience in financial crime prevention and legislation within the financial sector.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Experience working in a global organization.
