Job Description
  1. Lead the development and optimization of biologic drug products, ensuring seamless progression from early-stage development to commercialization.
  2. Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, regulatory, and quality teams to align project objectives and deliverables.
  3. Oversee the design, execution, and interpretation of drug product development studies, ensuring compliance with international regulatory standards.
  4. Act as the subject matter expert (SME) in biologics drug product development, providing strategic guidance to project teams.
  5. Manage external relationships with CMOs, CROs, and other partners to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
  6. Identify and implement innovative technologies and methodologies to enhance drug product development processes.
  7. Ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones while maintaining a focus on quality and compliance.
Qualifications
  1. Advanced degree (Ph.D., MSc, or equivalent) in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
  2. At least 8 years of experience in drug product development, with significant expertise in biologics.
  3. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects in a matrixed environment.
  4. In-depth knowledge of formulation development, analytical techniques, and regulatory requirements for biologics.
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence at all organizational levels.
  6. Experience working with CMOs and external partners is highly desirable.
  7. Fluent in English; proficiency in Danish is an advantage but not essential.
