We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our Aseptic Manufacturing Science & Technology (AMSAT) team as a Manager of a Process Development Team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead 11-13 dedicated scientists and specialists, driving innovation and efficiency within the team. They will be responsible for allocating and managing resources from the team to key development projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new processes, and fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive innovation and efficiency within the team, ensuring clear priorities, executed strategies, and met timelines.
  • Lead the team through employee engagement, defining individual business and behaviour goals, ensuring hiring and job training, championing personal and professional development, and managing regular follow-up on project task progress.
  • Allocate and manage resources from the team to key development projects.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new processes.

Requirements

  • An academic background in sciences, engineering, pharmacy, or a similar field.
  • A solid leadership background within product development or pharmaceutical production. Experience with aseptic manufacturing processes is an advantage.
  • An ability to balance short-term deliverables with long-term focus, prioritizing and creating transparency for the team.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English language.
