Job Description

The Customer Engineer will be responsible for building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, communicating complex technical information to customers, and ensuring seamless service delivery. You will work closely with our technical teams to provide expert support and guidance to customers, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with customers, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Translate complex technical information into clear, concise language for customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or service environment.
  • Knowledge of industrial electricity or electronics is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
