A dynamic and innovative role awaits a skilled Key Account Specialist - Surgical Training at Intuitive. Reporting directly to the Training Manager, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch training programs for surgeons, physicians, and their care teams. With a strong focus on technology and medical device expertise, this position requires a unique blend of technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for da Vinci and Ion technology at designated training centers and remote locations.
- Lead specialized training initiatives, including society events, and support the needs of surgeon educators and course participants.
- Conduct surveys to measure program effectiveness and gather valuable insights.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for internal projects, such as new product development, and contribute to the organization's quarterly goal achievements.
- Collaborate with the Training team to improve existing training programs and develop training materials and protocols.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology advancements and maintain competency in areas like da Vinci technology, OR efficiency, and training/coaching techniques.
