The Position

We are seeking an experienced production leader for our Sound & Vibration production department in Denmark. In this role, you will lead an organization of approximately 90 FTEs, including 4 Production managers as direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Safety Initiatives: Foster a safety culture within the production department, ensuring a secure work environment for all employees.
  • Optimize Collaboration: Manage teams to ensure seamless collaboration and synergies across the supply chain, maximizing efficiency and productivity.
  • Implement Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement Lean Manufacturing practices to enhance production processes, efficiency, and quality.
  • KPI Management: Maintain responsibility for production KPIs, ensuring optimal performance and results.
  • Process Support: Provide guidance and support to teams, ensuring smooth process flow and resolving any issues that may arise.

Professional Qualifications:

  • Proven senior management experience in a production environment.
  • A background in engineering, medical device, aerospace, automotive production, or similar industries.
  • Strong people and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • A genuine interest in building relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • An understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices, preferably with certification.
  • Experience working in an international environment, with a strong understanding of global market dynamics.

  • Ability to motivate, lead, and develop team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Native/professional proficiency in Danish and fluent English language skills, enabling effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to drive growth and development.
  • Change management abilities, with the capacity to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities within a fast-paced production environment.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels, from entry-level employees to senior leadership.
