In this newly established role, as a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will join the Business Finance team at Universal Robots, which is tasked with driving financial and business analytics throughout the organization. Our primary responsibility is to generate relevant, data-driven, and transparent analytics to inform business decisions.

Your primary focus will be to assist top management in gaining analytical insights into Universal Robots' corporate and commercial strategies. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our expanding Service organization and our Commercial teams globally, acting as their trusted financial partner. By fostering strong communication and applying an analytical mindset, you will earn trust and be instrumental in ensuring that the right insights are delivered at the right time. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a reliable business partner to our Commercial and Service organizations by providing financial and business analytical insights.
  • Collaborating with our strategy team to enhance our data-driven corporate and commercial strategies through the development, tracking, and analysis of key metrics.
  • Assisting in our mid-term financial forecasting processes, including financial modeling.
  • Playing a vital role in our forecasting activities.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will be part of a robust finance team located in our state-of-the-art headquarters, where commitment, attention to detail, and integrity are paramount. As a candidate for this role, you are enthusiastic about delivering high-quality, business-relevant analytics. You thrive on cross-organizational problem-solving and excel at presenting your findings in a clear and structured manner. You likely possess over five years of relevant experience as a Finance Business Partner or in FP&A, business analytics, data science, performance management, commercial excellence, or a related field.

As an individual, you flourish in a fast-paced environment, understanding that deadlines are critical, and you prioritize quality in every aspect of your work. You have a proactive and service-oriented personality and enjoy working in a dynamic, international setting. Key elements of this position include working independently, taking responsibility, and delivering results.

Other Professional Competencies:

  • Relevant educational background, such as Cand.Merc., Cand.Polit, or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Excel and knowledgeable about BI systems (experience with PowerBI is a plus).
  • Experience in data management and data modeling.
  • Strong interpersonal skills – building a robust network and engaging with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Fluent communication in English, both verbally and in writing.
