About the Role

We are seeking a talented Marketing Content Specialist to join our team at IMPACT Commerce in Sweden. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility in Sweden and Norway.

Your primary responsibility will be to implement our group marketing strategy in these regions, including developing and executing performance marketing and lead generation campaigns. You will also contribute to our group marketing efforts, leveraging your creative skills and technical expertise to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy to increase brand awareness of IMPACT Commerce in Sweden and Norway.
  2. Collaborate with the group marketing team to develop and execute performance marketing and lead generation campaigns.
  3. Drive the generation of high-quality MQLs through content, events, and targeted campaigns.
  4. Execute on website development and optimize user experience.
  5. Organize and participate in fairs and industry events to showcase our brand.
  6. Harness the power of LinkedIn takeovers to engage with key stakeholders and amplify our reach.
  7. Play an essential role in creating compelling local content that resonates with our target audience in Swedish and/or English.
Requirements
  1. At least 5 years of experience working in the marketing field, with a focus on B2B marketing and ideally in the industry of Commerce Agencies or similar.
  2. Exceptional copywriting abilities with a high degree of comfort synthesizing ideas, communicating insights, and driving actions.
  3. Digital flair and experience in working with CMS and CRM platforms.
  4. Familiar with event management (internal and external).
  5. Able to work in an international environment and to collaborate with different stakeholders across the organization.
  6. Able to take ownership, work independently, anticipate challenges, and resolve issues.
  7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  8. Willing to travel within Scandinavia.
  9. Fluent in Swedish and English - spoken and written.
