We are seeking a highly skilled Web and Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Customer Engagement Tribe. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our international website and its dependent systems.
Your primary focus will be on governance of our marketing automation tool, as well as being a subject matter expert. You will also be responsible for coordinating and assisting with Marketing Automation strategy and roadmap, content management, and becoming a CMS superuser.
In addition, you will assist the Engagement Services team in tasks such as localization, analytics, SEO, local marketing, and CRM/CDP data maintenance.
About YouWe are looking for an experienced professional with a passion for learning new technologies and systems. You should have a good understanding of how to build and maintain a website or a blog, and be familiar with accessing and completing tasks in a support queue.
You should also have a thorough knowledge of marketing automation principles and standard practices, as well as practical experience with actual marketing automation tools.
