Job Description

This position is part of the commercial team and supports Account Directors and Account Managers in creating strategic account hit lists, following up on leads, deploying internal roadshows, reviewing marketing campaigns, setting up customer appointments, and bringing new projects in.

Key Responsibilities:
  • As a Business Developer, you will be the linking pin between international teams for advertising-related opportunities. These projects mainly focus on media channels such as display advertising, digital radio/tv, and digital out of home advertising.
  • You will represent DEPT towards partners like Google, Facebook, Amazon, and Microsoft, taking ownership and working with executive stakeholders.
  • You are expected to make contact with strangers and have networking skills in your DNA. You should be commercial and have 3-5 years of experience in upper funnel advertising and brand building.
Requirements:
  • You have good communication skills, can present confidently, and network effectively.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience selling projects in media/advertising.
  • Ability to qualify leads by asking the right questions (BANT or similar).
  • You are a consultative seller with commercial experience and can tell a story about your best win.
  • You can advise clients on successfully building their business using upper funnel media strategies.
  • You understand how advertising and AI work (display, CTV, DOOH, etc.) and contribute to business success.
  • You have a general understanding of offline marketing and its relation to online marketing.
  • You are ambitious and eager to learn.
  • Directly available to start working in Denmark.
  • Working proficiency in Danish and English languages.
