  • Act as a role model, demonstrating leadership skills and behaviors that inspire and motivate the team.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in people leadership, with a track record of developing and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of digital design principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
