Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cloud-based architectures that support high availability and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain cloud-based services that meet the needs of our game development projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize cloud-based solutions.
  • Ensure that cloud-based solutions meet the required security and compliance standards.
  • Develop and maintain automated deployment scripts using tools like TeamCity.
  • Design and implement on-call processes to ensure smooth issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with the team to analyze player behavior and iterate the game's design based on it.
  • Develop and maintain cloud-based solutions that support future titles.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of industry experience in cloud engineering.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Console (GCP) and Kubernetes.
  • Experience architecting highly available systems that utilize load balancing and horizontal scaling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with quantitative approaches to architect and develop robust, secure, and high-performing cloud services.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on programming skills for full stack services development.
  • Experience working in JIRA.
  • Experience with all development cycles of GaaS games.
  • Track record of influencing cross-functional architects and high-performance teams to define architecture.
  • Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
