About the Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the renewable energy sector, including utility-scale solar, wind, and battery storage projects. Your experience should encompass transaction management, financial analysis, and client support. Additionally, you should possess:

  1. A relevant educational background: MSc. Economics & Business Administration or similar.
  2. Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional languages are advantageous.
  3. Expertise in financial modeling and transaction management.
  4. A structured approach to work, with attention to detail.
  5. An in-depth understanding of utility-scale solar, wind, or battery storage projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead complex transactions from inception to closure, ensuring accurate financial modeling and effective negotiation strategies.
  2. Provide expert guidance to clients on transaction structures, financial analysis, and due diligence processes.
  3. Assess project viability, identifying areas for improvement, and developing recommendations for project development teams.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with investors, fostering open communication and trust throughout the transaction process.
  5. Stay informed about market trends, regulations, and technological advancements within the renewable energy sector.
