About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Department Assistant to join our dynamic team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of the management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of the department and contributing to the success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including coordinating activities, reporting, and budgeting.
  • Support the management team in a wide range of tasks, including planning, prioritizing, and executing projects.
  • Work closely with the PP assistant group to solve tasks across the area, maintaining a 'need-to' mindset to avoid over-processing and standardize administrative processes.
  • Utilize your personal skills and experiences for personal and professional development, being visible in an ever-changing organization and learning from skilled and knowledgeable people.
Requirements
  • Experience with presentation and great communication skills.
  • Experience with MS Office and the interconnected functionalities.
  • A flair for numbers and experience with the planning and controlling of budgets.
  • Preferably experience with management and change management theories to some level.
About the Department

PP Production Support is a dynamic department with approximately highly engaged and motivated employees. As a Department Assistant, you will be an integral part of the management team and report directly to the Director of the department.

PP Production Support is a supporting department that consists of eight teams, each covering a specific area of expertise. These teams include calibration, electricity, ATEX, CE, SAP, mechanical maintenance, cooling and ventilation, facility management, work permit, warehouse, future maintenance, RVS, and utility production support.

Each team plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department and the organization as a whole. As a Department Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with each team and contribute to their success.
