Copenhagen, Copenhagen, Denmark INVISIO Full time

This is a unique opportunity to join Invisio's IT department in Copenhagen as a Hardware and Software Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to employees globally, helping them resolve issues with hardware, software, and connectivity to ensure smooth operation of computer systems and networks.

About the Job

As a Hardware and Software Technician, you will troubleshoot, diagnose, and prioritize problems from support tickets and alerts, offering effective solutions. You will also install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software, prepare equipment for new employees, and implement and monitor security measures to protect data and systems.

Maintaining detailed documentation of issues, solutions, and system configurations is also a crucial aspect of this role. You will create and maintain documentation and end-user guides, as well as participate in IT projects on a regular basis.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with an outgoing, can-do attitude and people skills rather than extensive experience. A degree in IT or another related field is preferred, but not required. What matters most is your passion for the field and your eagerness to learn, solve problems, and build relationships with others.

The ideal candidate is organized and disciplined, capable of prioritizing tasks and completing them effectively. Required skills and experiences include experience with On-premise AD, Azure AD, Powershell, Windows (11 and server OS), Microsoft Office 365, and SharePoint Online. Systematic approach to troubleshooting is also essential.
