At Novo Nordisk A/S, we are seeking an experienced HR Strategic Partner to join our team as a key member of the People & Organisation (P&O) Business Partnering unit.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or leadership within a large, international and culturally diverse environment with change management and organisational development.

You will collaborate with HR partner colleagues and executive functions to drive organizational efficiency and shape an inclusive employee environment rooted in our values– Novo Nordisk Way.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor and build solid relationships with the business and the P&O organisation, identifying challenges and playing an advisory role in addressing them.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Translate strategy into relevant and impactful HR actions, driving organisational development and effectiveness, strategic workforce management, change management, diversity & inclusion, culture and engagement, and cross-functional P&O projects.
  • Facilitate workshops and provide process facilitation support.
  • Bridge opinions among stakeholders, demonstrating good cultural understanding and stakeholder management.
  • Solve problems by finding solutions and getting people to collaborate, focusing on what matters most for the end-user.
