Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Planner to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a key member of our Life Sciences Construction Projects team, you will be responsible for developing and managing project schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Manage Project Schedules: Create and maintain project schedules, including baseline schedules and schedule basis documents, to ensure projects are executed efficiently.
  • Monitor and Report Schedule Performance: Track schedule deviations and variances, and provide regular progress reports to the project team.
  • Collaborate with Project Teams: Work closely with project team members to ensure accurate and timely data is incorporated into the schedule.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Record scope changes, trends, and variances that may impact schedule performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, IT/software development, or related field.
  • Experience: 4-8 years as a planner/scheduler.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
  • Industry Experience: Experience within the IT/biotech automation industry is a must; additional life sciences experience is strongly preferred.
