As a member of our team, you will contribute to the development of our cutting-edge clearing engineering solutions, building domain knowledge and developing your test automation skills in close collaboration with developers and other testers.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in software testing, a general understanding of programming, and motivation to increase their programming skills. You will play a crucial part in refining development features and ensuring high-quality test aspects.

We are looking for someone who can plan and analyze automated tests, implement them in cooperation with developer colleagues, and potentially focus on programming automation as we grow in this area. You will also support test analysis within other areas of QA, such as performance and stability testing.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Refine development features and break down work into manageable tasks
  2. Support business colleagues in user acceptance testing
  3. Analyze requirements and solutions to determine the test approach
  4. Collaborate on the design, implementation, and maintenance of component tests and integration tests
  5. Define and automate manual test flows
  6. Investigate, communicate, and report on bugs
  7. Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools
  8. Coordinate QA efforts with other teams for end-to-end quality assurance

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you should have demonstrated capability from an applicable role where you were responsible for software testing, acquired knowledge in test automation, and worked in close collaboration with developers in an agile setup. Preference is given to candidates with some programming experience, automated tests, and an educational background in computer science, engineering, or a relevant field, along with 5+ years of experience gained from the IT industry.

You should value ensuring quality while being pragmatic about what can be accomplished within the given time and resources. It would be beneficial if you have experience working/testing with C#, APIs hosted in Azure, and SQL. Additionally, having a drive for learning more within development of automated tests is an asset.
