We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Director for Digital Transformation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our digital transformation agenda and shaping the future direction of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a harmonised digital vision for the area, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and industry best practices.
- Manage and coach a team of 6-8 direct reports, including two people leaders, and oversee a broader team of 20-25 indirect reports.
- Drive key transformational initiatives from our long-term business strategy, providing high-quality support to business areas in their decision-making processes regarding transformation and digitalisation.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy, driving short- and long-term competences-development and engagement across the department.
- Serve as an active participant and team player in further developing our business support function together with the rest of the management team.
- A master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Substantial experience in driving digital organisations and/or digital transformations within complex environments.
- Business understanding in areas such as production, supply chain, external supply, and IT/digital, within pharmaceutical/regulated industries.
- Proven track record in global project management, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
