About the RoleAs a key member of our Business Support department, you will be responsible for leading and managing energy and environmental initiatives across our organisation. This includes ensuring compliance with environmental legislation and management systems, such as ISO 14001 and 50001.
- You will support CVP and department managers on energy and environmental matters.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce our carbon footprint and improve energy efficiency.
- Conduct environmental assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainability projects and initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Relevant technical or academic education in a field such as environmental science or engineering.
- At least 5+ years of experience in energy and environmental management, preferably in a production company setting.
- Strong knowledge of Danish environmental legislation and management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
